Located by a bus stop where locals gathered, the hotel was close to all the best attractions in the area. the rooms were spacious and offered a king and queen bed setup. the staff was accommodating and friendly, providing great service. the area is bustling with activity down from the Natural Grocer. the room had ample space and comfortable beds for a restful stay.

The hotel's cleanliness standards were lacking.

nice building and rooms with a sofa bed. location very close to german restaurant up the street, shops and a bang'n german restaurant up the street called the edelweiss. very close to millibo art theatre.

All in all, everything was great here from the convenient parking to the spacious room with a sofa bed and helpful staff.

I did not like this property at all. Not a good value

I was not happy with this property. The property was run down and dirty. The room smelled musty and the security bar on the door that keeps it from opening it all the way was broken. There were only 2 skimpy towels and no soap at all in the room. I would not recommend this property to anyone and I wish I had chosen another hotel. It looked ok on the web page but not so good in person.

The room smelled like someone's pet had peed or something on the carpet. The swimming pools were a huge disappointment. The one that was open was definitely not heated; as a matter of fact it was ice cold. Other people were complaining about it and advised against using it. That was one of the main draws and we were terribly disappointed, as were our grandkids. The air conditioning also needs updated. The room we had was never really cool.

The staff was extremely helpful and the location was convenient, close to shops and Colorado Springs. the room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities like climate control, a microwave, and a fridge.

I really had a pleasure stay at TravelStar Inn & Suites. The front desk staffs are very helpful. The rooms are really nice and clean with a view of mountains. The location has lot of point of interests. Most of the attractions are with in the 2 miles radius. They had 8 ft pool, which i enjoyed the most. I will definately stay here on my next trip to Colorado Springs.

very good size and cleaning of the bathroom, very good size of the room, the employees are kindful, the location is very very good, near a very good comercial center.

There two dogs in the reception, it makes the reception smells bad e give a sensation of a duty place. From outside the hotel seems not well mantained.

The double room here was modern and had a king bed, which was really great.

Stayed here for a weekend. Free gated parking was convenient. Upgraded to a spacious room with a king and queen bed, only paying a small fee. the Asian woman at check-in was helpful and accommodating.

Room cleanliness was an issue - sheets and carpets weren't properly cleaned. the neighborhood had some concerning elements.

The hotel is in a good neighborhood. The staff were very friendly during our 2-night stay. The location is fantastic and ideal, close to a German restaurant and stores. There is a good choice of restaurants nearby, like Sushi Ring just a 5-minute walk away.

The spacious rooms are recently renovated and come equipped with a microwave and fridge for convenience.

Our room was a queen-sized one, and boy, was it spacious! I loved that it had been recently renovated and they put in a sofa bed - so comfy 😊.
